Joseph McNamara is originally from Massachusetts and currently resides in West Palm Beach. He earned a B.S. in Hospital Management and MBA from Lynn University in Boca Raton. He is a member of Zeta Beta Tau fraternity and Eta Sigma Delta.

Joseph started his career as a PDSO for international students, processing F-1 visas for those wishing to come to America for further education. Shortly after, he served as the director of operations for a medical escort company for nearly a decade, when Joseph saw the need for a travel agency dedicated entirely to medical evacuation travel. Sky Cap Corp was established in 2011 by Joseph and his husband, Max. Today, Sky Cap Corp is the leader in travel management solutions for travel assistance, medical repatriation, and luxury leisure worldwide. 

His willingness to help others and give back to the community was the driving force behind his desire to become involved with a local philanthropic organization, Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope, in 2020. He continues to look for opportunities to volunteer, give back, and be an active member in the community.
