Originally from the West coast, Katherine Shenaman has now lived in south Florida for over 20 years. She studied psychology and art at Palm Beach Atlantic University and transitioned into the interior design industry shortly after graduation. She began by working for a home design shop in Nantucket and then later for a prominent architect in Palm Beach.

Katherine has had her own design company since 2005. She and her team offer full-service design for decoration and renovation projects alike. Katherine earned her MA at the University of Buckingham and Wallace Collection in London, focusing on British and French Decorative Arts and Historic Interiors. With each project, Katherine seeks to combine her unique historical perspective on homes and the practice of ‘living well’ with the everyday lives of her clients. Each project for her begins with a focus on the foundation of the home, as the centerpiece of living well and living authentically.  

Katherine is passionate about learning, whether it be about design, history, the philosophies of ‘home’ or more. She has donated her time and resources to many charities over the years. She is now excited to join Cancer Alliance for Help & Hope for their annual event dance competition event in hopes of raising funds, as well as awareness, for individuals and families as they care for loved ones during their battles with cancer.
